After accepting the registration you will be the first to receive our special offers.

Receiving our company news is a prerequisite for enjoying the discount and benefits of Club de Amigos.

When you sign up, we’ll give you a 5% discount on your first booking. As you stay for more nights, you get the chance to move up through the levels, for better discounts and more benefits.

Club Amigos Basic is equivalent to a 1 night stay.

Club Amigos Silver is equivalent to a 5 nights at our hotels.

Club Amigos Gold is equivalent to 30 nights at our hotels.

Club Amigos Platinum is equivalent to 50 nights at our hotels.

Club Amigos Diamond is equivalent to 100 nights at our hotels.

Only stays that are booked through our website or our booking hotline +34 951 946 896 will be taken into account. Your level will be updated after you have enjoyed your stay at our hotels.

Requirements to be taken into account:

  • Make the booking in the name of the Club de Amigos account holder. You must identify yourself as the account holder by phone, or by signing in on the website.
  • Only stays enjoyed by the account holder will be taken into account.

If you go for three consecutive years without staying at one of our group hotels, you are downgraded by one Club de Amigos category level and assigned the number of nights required for that level.

If you go another 3 years without staying with us, you’ll be downgraded another level until you reach Club Amigos Basic.

You can only enjoy all of the benefits if the booking has been made as a Club de Amigos member who meets the aforementioned requirements, provided that you book directly through our website or booking hotline +34 951 946 896 .

Club Amigos Basic is equivalent to a 1 night stay.

Club Amigos Silver is equivalent to a 5 nights at our hotels.

Club Amigos Gold is equivalent to 30 nights at our hotels.

Club Amigos Platinum is equivalent to 50 nights at our hotels.

Club Amigos Diamond is equivalent to 100 nights at our hotels.

  • You can browse the benefits in the Club de Amigos section, depending on your category.

Bookings made for third parties can enjoy your discount but not your benefits. These are only for Club members and people staying with them in the room.

If you want the whole family to enjoy the club’s benefits everyone must have registered and each member must have made their booking in their name, in their corresponding category.

CONDICIONES GENERALES

El presente documento tiene por finalidad regular las CONDICIONES DE AFILIACIÓN al Programa del Club Amigos de Fuerte Group Hotels, que ofrece a sus titulares la posibilidad de obtener las mejores promociones y beneficios al consumir servicios de alojamiento y otros prestados por Fuerte Group Hotels.

A efectos de las presentes Condiciones de Afiliación:

  • El término “Fuerte Group Hotels” se refiere a todos los hoteles de las marcas “Fuerte Hoteles”, “Amàre”, y “Olée Holidays Rentals”, así como a los establecimientos hoteleros que formen parte del grupo empresarial Fuertegroup S.L., a menos que se especifique lo contrario.
  • El término “Socio comercial de Fuerte Group Hotels”, se refiere a los establecimientos y/o empresas de toda clase de negocios con los que Club Amigos de Fuerte Group Hotels tenga una relación de colaboración para proporcionar beneficios a los socios del Programa del Club Amigos de Fuerte Group Hotels.
  • El término “socio” se refiere a la persona afiliada al Programa del Club Amigos de Fuerte Group Hotels.
  • El término “socio activo” se refiere a un socio que se ha alojado en algún establecimiento de Fuerte Group Hotels en un periodo de 3 años.
  • En el presente documento se emplea el genérico, por lo que no se hace distingo alguno entre masculino y femenino.

La afiliación al Programa del Club Amigos de Fuerte Group Hotels supone tanto la validez como la aceptación, plena y sin reservas, de todos y cada uno de los Términos y/o Condiciones relacionadas a continuación, no obstante lo cual, Fuerte Group Hotels, se reserva la facultad de efectuar unilateralmente modificaciones a las presentes Condiciones, que serán debidamente anunciadas y, en su caso, comunicadas.

  • Las noches de estancias se contabilizan a partir del año 2013. Sólo se tendrán en cuenta las noches de estancia de las reservas que hayan sido reservadas por cualquiera de las webs de Fuerte Group Hotels o a través de la Central de Reservas de Fuerte Group Hotels.
  • Si un socio deja de alojarse tres años consecutivos, Fuerte Group Hotels, sin necesidad de preaviso alguno, bajará un nivel la categoría del socio y obtendrá la equivalencia de noches que corresponda en esa nueva categoría. Si pasaran otros tres años consecutivos sin alojarse, Fuerte Group Hotels, sin necesidad de preaviso alguno, bajaría nuevamente el nivel y, el socio, quedaría en el Club Amigos Basic, en el que comenzaría sin acumulación de premios.
  • Fuerte Group Hotels no se hace responsable de los Socios comerciales de Fuerte Group Hotels que se retiren del programa del Club Amigos de Fuerte Group Hotels; ni, por tanto, de los cambios que dicha retirada conlleve.
  • La terminación del Programa del Club Amigos de Fuerte Group Hotels será decidida por la Empresa y anunciada, así como comunicada a los socios, con antelación a la fecha efectiva de finalización del Programa, y sin que dicha terminación haga al socio acreedor de derecho alguno.
  • El Club Amigos de Fuerte Group Hotels puede, discrecionalmente, sin previo aviso, suspender la participación de un socio en el Programa si, el mismo, no paga las facturas del hotel a tiempo, o si parece estar utilizando el Programa de una forma que no coincide con los Términos y Condiciones o con la intención del Programa.
  • El Club Amigos de Fuerte Group Hotels podrá suspender la cuenta de cualquier socio que actúe de forma abusiva o de forma que contradiga la legislación. En caso de que se suspenda la cuenta se perderán todos los beneficios o premios acumulados del Club Amigos de Fuerte Group Hotels.
  • Ser socio del Club Amigos de Fuerte Group Hotels no garantiza reserva alguna en los establecimientos de Fuerte Group Hotels.
  • Informar que para poder disfrutar del descuento y ventajas del club amigos es imprescindible recibir las notificaciones comerciales.
  • La venta o el trueque de premios de los hoteles o de colaboradores comerciales o beneficios de Club Amigos de Fuerte Group Hotels, excepto los realizados por Fuerte Group Hotels, está totalmente prohibida. Los premios de hoteles o de socios comerciales o los beneficios de Club Amigos de Fuerte Group Hotels que hayan sido transferidos, vendidos o asignados para tales propósitos, pueden ser confiscados o cancelados.
  • En caso de que un hotel o resort dejara de funcionar como Fuerte Group Hotels o cualquier otra marca hotelera que sea propiedad, administrada, operada, adjudicada en franquicia u otorgada con licencia por Fuerte Group Hotels o sus empresas afiliadas o subsidiarias, no se otorgarán los beneficios del Club Amigos de Fuerte Group Hotels por estancias en ese hotel, incluso si la reserva se hubiera realizado antes de la fecha de finalización.
  • En caso de muerte documentada de un socio de Club Amigos de Fuerte Group Hotels, los beneficios del programa son transferibles al cotitular de la cuenta o en su defecto, a una persona que comparta la misma dirección de residencia y así lo acredite documentalmente.
  • Un socio puede tener solamente una cuenta de Club Amigos de Fuerte Group Hotels. Las empresas, asociaciones o grupos no se pueden inscribir en Club Amigos de Fuerte Group Hotels.
  • El término “Fuerte Group Hotels” como se usa aquí se refiere a todos los hoteles de la cadena Fuerte Hoteles, Amàre, y Olée Holidays Rentals así como a los establecimientos hoteleros que formen parte del grupo empresarial en que se integra Fuerte Group Hotels, a menos que se especifique lo contrario. El término “Socio comercial de Fuerte Group Hotels”, como se usa aquí, se refiere a los establecimientos de todo tipo de negocio con los que Club Amigos de Fuerte Group Hotels está asociado para proporcionar beneficios a sus socios.
  • Protección de datos personales: Fuerte Group, como corresponsable del tratamiento junto con todos los hoteles y empresas del grupo que puede consultar en su web https://fuerte-group.com/, le informa que sus datos personales serán recogidos y tratados con su consentimiento a efectos de fidelización, para analizar y monitorizar sus estancias, personalizar los servicios según sus preferencias, así como remitirle información y publicidad, por cualquier medio (mail, sms, teléfono, carta, etc.) sobre servicios del grupo relacionados con alojamiento, ocio, restauración e inmobiliario.   • Las Condiciones Básicas y las Operativas forman una unidad y se interpretarán y aplicarán de conformidad con la legislación española. Para cualquier cuestión que se suscite en relación con la interpretación y aplicación de las presentes Condiciones, las partes, con renuncia expresa al fuero que pudiera corresponderles, se someten expresamente a la jurisdicción de los Juzgados y Tribunales de Marbella (Málaga).

Membership Conditions

The purpose of this document is to regulate the MEMBERSHIP CONDITIONS of the Fuerte Group Hotels Club Amigos Program, which offers its members the possibility of obtaining the best promotions and benefits when consuming accommodation and other services provided by Fuerte Group Hotels.

For the purposes of these Membership Conditions:

  • The term “Fuerte Group Hotels” refers to all hotels of the “Fuerte Hoteles”, “Amàre”, and “Olée Holidays Rentals” brands, as well as hotel establishments forming part of the Fuertegroup S.L. business group, unless otherwise specified.
  • The term “Fuerte Group Hotels Business Partner” refers to establishments and/or companies of all kinds of businesses with which the Fuerte Group Hotels Club Amigos has a partnership relationship, to give benefits to members of the Fuerte Group Hotels Club Amigos program.
  • The term “member” refers to the person who is a member of the Fuerte Group Hotels Club Amigos program
  • The term “active member” refers to a member who has stayed at a Fuerte Group Hotels establishment in the last 3 years.
  • This document uses “they”, “their” and “them” in the singular for the purposes of gender neutrality.
Membership of the Fuerte Group Hotels Club Amigos program implies both the validity and full and unreserved acceptance of each and every one of the terms and/or conditions listed below. This notwithstanding, Fuerte Group Hotels reserves the right to unilaterally modify these Conditions; any changes will be duly announced and notification will be sent if applicable.
  • Membership of the Fuerte Group Hotels Club Amigos program implies both the validity and full and unreserved acceptance of each and every one of the terms and/or conditions listed below. This notwithstanding, Fuerte Group Hotels reserves the right to unilaterally modify these Conditions; any changes will be duly announced and notification will be sent if applicable.
  • Nights of stays are counted from 2013 onwards. Only nights booked through any of the Fuerte Group Hotels websites, or through the Fuerte Group Hotels Booking Centre, will be taken into account.
  • If a member does not stay for three consecutive years, Fuerte Group Hotels will, without the need for prior notice, move the member down a category and award them the equivalent number of nights in that new category. If the member goes for another three consecutive years without staying with the group, Fuerte Group Hotels shall move them down to the Club Amigos Basic, where they will start without accumulating rewards.
  • Fuerte Group Hotels accepts no liability for Fuerte Group Hotels business partners who withdraw from the Fuerte Group Hotels Club Amigos program, or for any changes involved in the aforementioned withdrawal.
  • The Company may decide to terminate the Fuerte Group Hotels Club Amigos program and this will be announced, and members will be informed, prior to the effective date of termination of the Program. The member will not be granted any rights by this termination.
  • The Fuerte Group Hotels Club Amigos may, at its discretion and without prior notice, suspend a member from the Program if they do not pay their hotel bills on time, or if they seem to be using the Program in a manner that does not coincide with the Terms and Conditions or with the intention of the Program.
  • The Fuerte Group Hotels Club Amigos may suspend the account of any member who acts in an abusive or unlawful manner. If the account is suspended, all benefits or accumulated prizes of the Fuerte Group Hotels Club Amigos will be forfeited.
  • Being a member of the Fuerte Group Hotels Club Amigos does not guarantee any books at Fuerte Group Hotels establishments.
  • Receiving our company news is a prerequisite for enjoying the discount and benefits of Club de Amigos.
  • The sale or exchange of rewards from the hotels or business partners, or Fuerte Group Hotels Club Amigos benefits is strictly prohibited, with the exception of sales or exchanges performed by Fuerte Group Hotels. Any rewards from hotels or business partners, or Fuerte Group Hotels Club Amigos benefits that have been transferred, sold or assigned for such purposes may be confiscated or cancelled.
  • In the event that a hotel or resort ceases to operate as Fuerte Group Hotels or any other hotel brand owned, operated, franchised or licensed by Fuerte Group Hotels or its affiliates or subsidiaries, the Fuerte Group Hotels Club Amigos benefits will not be awarded for stays at that hotel, even if the booking is made prior to the termination date.
  • In the event of the documented death of a member of Fuerte Group Hotels Club Amigos, the benefits of the program can be transferred to the co-holder of the account or, in their absence, to a person who provides documents to certify that they live at the same address.
  • A member may only have one Fuerte Group Hotels Club Amigos account. Companies, associations or groups cannot become Fuerte Group Hotels Club Amigos members.
  • The term “Fuerte Group Hotels” as used here refers to all hotels in the Fuerte Hoteles, Amàre, and Olée Holidays Rentals chain as well as hotel establishments that form part of the business group of which Fuerte Group Hotels forms a part, unless otherwise specified. The term “Fuerte Group Hotels Business Partner”, as used here, refers to establishments of all types of business with which the Fuerte Group Hotels Club Amigos is associated in order to provide benefits to its members.
  • Personal data production: Fuerte Group, as the joint data controller, together with all of the group’s hotels and companies that can be consulted on the website https://fuerte-group.com/, hereby informs you that your personal data will be collected and processed with your consent for the purposes of customer loyalty, to analyse and monitor your stays, to personalise services according to your preferences and to send you information and advertising, by any means (email, sms, phone, letter, etc.) about group services related to accommodation, leisure, restaurants and real estate.   • The Basic and Operating conditions form a unit and shall be interpreted and applied in accordance with Spanish law. For any issue that may arise in relation to the interpretation and application of these conditions, the parties expressly waive their right to any jurisdiction that may correspond to them and expressly submit to the jurisdiction of the Courts and Tribunals of Marbella (Malaga).
