What is Club de Amigos?
It is our loyalty program that has 5 different levels:
- Club Amigos Basic
- Club Amigos Silver
- Club Amigos Gold
- Club Amigos Platinum
- Club Amigos Diamond
We reward customers who spend nights at our hotels with discounts and other benefits that we hope will make their stays with us even more special.
What do I have to do to join Club de Amigos?
It’s very straightforward.
All we need is your mobile number and email address. You can sign up on our website, by calling our booking hotline on +34 951 946 896 at our Reception.
After accepting the registration you will be the first to receive our special offers.
Receiving our company news is a prerequisite for enjoying the discount and benefits of Club de Amigos.
What do I get out of Club de Amigos?
When you sign up, we’ll give you from 5% discount on your first booking. As you stay for more nights, you get the chance to move up through the levels, for better discounts and more benefits.
Club Amigos Basic is equivalent to a 1 night stay.
Club Amigos Silver is equivalent to a 5 nights at our hotels.
Club Amigos Gold is equivalent to 30 nights at our hotels.
Club Amigos Platinum is equivalent to 50 nights at our hotels.
Club Amigos Diamond is equivalent to 100 nights at our hotels.
Only stays that are booked through our website or our booking hotline +34 951 946 896 will be taken into account.
Your level will be upgraded during your stay. (NEW FROM 01-01-2025)
What is the profile of the co-holder?
We have added the co-holder category, so your companion can now enjoy the advantages of your level. This category will be awarded to the person of legal age who has accompanied you in your bookings during the last 3 years.
The co-holder must be registered in the Club de Amigos.
To add the co-holder, the account holder must request it by email to clubdeamigos@fuerte-group.com.

Do all of my bookings count towards my Club de Amigos category?
Only stays that are arranged directly through our website or our booking hotline +34 951 946 896 will be taken into account. Please write to us if you have any questions about your current status, at clubamigos@fuerte-group.com.
Requirements to be taken into account:
- Make the booking in the name of the Club de Amigos account holder or co-holder. You must identify yourself as the account holder by phone, or by signing in on the website.
- Nights will only accrue to the profile of the holder/co-holder who is listed as the main guest on the booking.
Do Flight + Hotel bookings count toward Club de Amigos level?
All Flight + Hotel bookings made through our website or call centre will be added to the rest of the nights accumulated in your Club de Amigos level.
Do I keep my club category forever?
If you go for three consecutive years without staying at one of our group hotels, you are downgraded by one Club de Amigos category level and assigned the number of nights required for that level.
If you go another 3 years without staying with us, you’ll be downgraded another level until you reach Club Amigos Basic.
Can I enjoy my Club de Amigos benefits whenever I visit FuerteGroup Hotels?
You can only enjoy all of the benefits if the booking has been made as a Club de Amigos member who meets the aforementioned requirements, provided that you book directly through our website or booking hotline +34 951 946 896 .
What are the Club categories and what are the benefits of each one?
Club Amigos Basic is equivalent to a 1 night stay.
Club Amigos Silver is equivalent to a 5 nights at our hotels.
Club Amigos Gold is equivalent to 30 nights at our hotels.

If I make the booking for my whole family, can we all enjoy the benefits of the club?
Bookings made for third parties can enjoy your discount but not your benefits. These are exclusively for the primary or co-member and people staying with them in the room.
If you want the whole family to enjoy the club’s benefits everyone must have registered and each member must have made their booking in their name, in their corresponding category.
